摘要
目的探讨神经内镜在岩斜区表皮样囊肿治疗中的作用。方法应用神经内镜辅以显微外科技术治疗岩斜区表皮样囊肿30例,显微镜下切除绝大部分肿瘤,神经内镜辅助寻找残余肿瘤组织并切除。结果对显微镜直视下无法看到的残存肿瘤组织,经神经内镜辅助均可做到全部切除,无手术死亡病例。结论神经内镜辅助下的显微外科技术,能提高对该肿瘤的手术全切率,减少并发症。
Objective To discuss the role of neuroendoscope in the treatment of the petroclival epidermoid cyst. Methods With neuroendoscope-assisted microneurosurgery,30 patients with petroclival epidermoid cyst were treated. Larger part of the tumor was resected with microneurosurgery, then under neuroendoscope the remains of tumors were found out and removed. Result After the tumors were removed with microneurosurgery, the remains of tumors were fully resected under neuroendoscope. There was no death. Conclusion The treatment for petroclival epidermoid cyst with neuroendoscope-assisted microneurosurgery is very importance,which can increase the total-resection rate for tumors and reduce complications.
