摘要 提出了一种磨蚀实验系统的设计方案。为了准确计算系统的水力损失,提出了一种基于CFD的计算方法。采用N-S方程,标准k-ε湍流模型,SIMPLEC算法,对喷管内的三维湍流流动进行了数值模拟,得出了喷管在各种工况下的水力损失及翼型试件压力、速度分布。计算结果为预估系统性能提供了依据。 A kind of design scheme of experimental system of the combined erosion by sand and cavitation is put forward. In order to calculate hydraulic loss of system, an approach based on CFD is proposed. Three-dimensional turbulent flow in nozzle is simulated based on N-S equations, standard k-ε turbulence model, and SIMPLEC method. The hydraulic loss of nozzle, pressure and velocity distribution of hydrofoil at various conditions is computed. The computational results provide reference for predicting system performance.
