摘要
本文主要介绍了三峡左岸电站ALSTOM水轮机导叶中轴套密封结构,并结合其密封结构型式,对导叶中轴套在运行中漏水严重的原因进行分析。同时详细地阐述了相应的改进措施。
In this paper, the structure and type of the seal in the intermediate guide vane stem bearing of ALSTOM hydraulic turbine in TGP left bank hydropower station were presented, and the reasons of serious leakage through the intermediate stem bearing in the unit operating were analyzed. In the mean time, the practical improvement measures to resolve the intermediate stem bearing leakage are illustrated detailedly.
