摘要
本文提出了基于MATLAB/RTW环境下构建水轮机调节系统实时仿真系统的方法。以研华工业PC机及I/O板卡为硬件构造出水轮发电机组实时仿真模型,并与YWT-PMC微机调节器构成半物理仿真系统,应用该系统对水轮发电机组进行了开停机过程、空载扰动、负载扰动及甩负荷试验等。该实时仿真系统建模方便、自动生成高效仿真程序、调整参数灵活,试验曲线与原型机试验吻合度高。可作为水轮机调速器研究开发阶段的实验平台,以及试验验收阶段动态特性测试系统。
The method of constructing a real-time simulation system of governing system based on MAT AB/RTW was introduced in this paper. Advantech PC computer and I/O board as hardware to construct hydrogenerator real-time simulation model, which with YWT-PMC governor to form a hardware-in-loop simulation system. Apply this system to test dynamic characteristic of governing system, have advantages of convenience to modeling, auto-generate high efficiency simulation program, flexible modify simulation parameters, experiment curve inosculate actual situation. This HIL simulation system can be use as an experimental system to research and develop governor, and also as an autonomic testing system to test dynamic characteristic and adjust governor.
