微创清除术治疗脑出血50例临床分析

Micro-invasive evacuation for treatment of cerebral hemorrhage

目的：探讨微创清除术治疗脑出血的疗效。方法：微创清除术治疗脑出血患者50例。结果：血肿清除时间1—5天34例，7天15例，14天1例。治疗良好率80％，病死7例。日常生活能力（activities of daily living，ADL）评定为ADL1（完全恢复日常生活）12例，ADL2（部分恢复日常生活）20例，ADL3（拐杖行走，家庭生活需要帮助）8例，ADL4（卧床不起，保持意识）3例。结论：微创清除术治疗脑出血安全有效，手术适应证可适当放宽，手术时机的选择是提高预后的关键。且损伤小，费用低，适宜推广。

Objective： To evaluate the effect of micro-invasive evacuation for treatment of cerebral hemorrhage. Methods： Fifty patients with cerebral hemorrhage were treated by the miero-invasive surgery. Results：The hematoma was evacuated between 1 -5 days in 34 cases ,6 -7days in 8 cases and at dayl4 in 1 case. The total effective rate was 80%. Seven cases died. Activities of daily living （ADL） 1 （ complete return to normal life） was found in 12 cases, ADL2 （ partial return ） was found in 20 cases, ADL3 （ walking with help）in 8 cases,and ADL4（confined to bed,with clear conscience） in 3 cases. Condusiom： The micro-invasive surgery is safe and effective for treatment of cerebral hemorrhage. Time of procedure is crucial to prognosis. The surgery loves little damage and is cost-effective.
