跟骨骨折Sanders与郑氏分型法在初学者的可靠性分析

Reliability analysis of Sanders classification and Zheng’s classification for fractures of calcaneus in learners

目的：分析跟骨骨折Sanders与郑氏分型法在初学者不同观察者之间和观察者个人前后之间的一致性。方法：选择4名初步接触创伤骨科医师对33例跟骨骨折影像学资料分别行Sanders和郑氏分型法分型，统计并分析结果。结果：观察者之间Sanders分型法Kappa值为0．01—0．40，平均0．13；郑氏分型法Kappa值为0．02～0．18，平均0．08。观察者个人前后之间Sanders分型法Kappa值为0．01-0．35，平均0．13；郑氏分型法Kappa值为0．02～0．42，平均0．21。结论：跟骨骨折Sanders与郑氏分型法对初步接触创伤骨科的医师一致性差。

Objective：To analyze the inter-observer and intra-observer agreements of Sanders classification and Zheng＇ s classification for fractures of calcaneus. Methods：Thirty-three patients with fractures of calcaneus were classified with Sanders classification and classification by 4 junior observers just involved in traumatic orthopedics. The results were statistically analyzed. Results： The interobserver Kappa value for Sanders classification was 0.01 - 0.40,0, 14 on average, and for Zheng＇ s classification was 0.01 - 0.40, 0.13 on average while the intra-observer Kappa value for Sanders classification was 0.01 -0.35,0.13 on average, and for Zheng＇ s classification was 0.02 -0.42,0.21 on average. Conclusions：The agreements of Sanders classification and Zheng＇ s classification for fractures of calcaneus were poor for junior observers just involved in traumatic orthopedics.
