飞机典型装配工艺挖掘技术研究

Study for Mining Technique in Typical Assembly Process of Aircraft

针对飞机典型装配工艺,首先采用分类编码技术,将飞机装配工艺数据进行编码处理,在此基础上,应用聚类算法对装配工艺进行分类,然后应用FP growth算法提取各类的典型装配工艺。以某企业实际的装配工艺数据为例,对挖掘方法进行了论述和验证,表明该方法是可行的。

A mining technique of typical assembly process which bases on clustering and FP- growth algorithm is present. Firstly, aircraft assembly processes are coded by code method, and then assembly processes are classified by clustering algorithm. Finally, typical assembly processes are mined by FP - growth algorithm. The technique is dissertated and validated by assembly processes of some aircraft manufactory. The validity of the technique is indicated.
