摘要
设计了基于Linux数控系统的PLC程序执行机和PLC程序的描述模型,并设计了PLC程序的开放性通用可执行数据结构。开发了梯形图语言的图形化编程环境,实现了梯形图草图的绘制、修改和保存等编辑功能。在华中Linux数控系统平台上开发了PLC程序执行模块。通过在数控机床主轴控制中的应用实例,说明了图形化编程环境的使用方法和软件PLC执行机的原理。
The PLC program executive in CNC based on Linux and the PLC program describing model are designed. The open current data structure for PLC executive is also put on. And the graphic programmable environment for LD is presented, including the edit functions such as drawing, amending and preserving. The PLC executive model of HCNC based on Linux is also devised. The method of graphic programmable environment and the principle of soft PLC executive are explained.
