摘要
在分析平行光束经凸透镜聚焦后,在焦平面上汇聚点位置与入射角关系的基础上,提出了在电子激光标靶中,采用位置敏感传感器(PSD)和信号处理电路测量汇聚点位置,得到入射光角度的技术方案。该方案分析了测角精度的影响因素并提出了解决方法。通过对原型系统的实验分析表明,水平方位角测量范围和精度,完全满足实际应用中盾构导向要求。
Based on the principle that parallel light will be foeused on a single point after getting through the lens,this paper brings forward a technical project to measure angle of ineidenee by measuring the foeus point's position of angle of incidence through position sensitive detector and signal processing circuit. This projeet analyzes the faetors influencing measuring precision and gives resolving methods. Experiment proves that the measurement ranges and preeision of horizontal angle can meet the need of TBM guidance precision.
