CAN总线及其在制造业信息化中的应用

摘要 本文主要阐述了CAN总线技术的优点,并且以基于CAN总线技术的智能渣浆泵轴温及液位监测报警系统为例,分别从硬件和软件两方面介绍了CAN总线技术在底层设备方面的应用。由于CAN总线具有突出的可靠性、实时性和灵活性,可有效地完成现场底层设备之间的通信。制造业信息化中最重要的就是底层自动化,本例说明了CAN总线在制造业信息化中可以得到广泛的应用。 This article expatiates the superiorities of CAN bus and takes the intelligent monitoring system for temperature and coolant level of slurry pump for example to introduce its application to the field bottom equipments from hardware and software. CAN bus can accomplish the communication of the field bottom equipments because of its reliability, real time and agility. Bottom automation is the most important to the manufacture information engineering, it also illuminates that CAN bus can be used widely in this facet.
