肝细胞生长因子与急性胰腺炎 被引量：3

摘要 肝细胞生长因子(HGF)是一种高效的多效性因子,对多种器官的不同类型细胞均有生物学作用。其受体c-Met在多种组织和细胞中表达,HGF通过与其特异性受体c-Met结合引起一系列信号转导蛋白的酶促反应,促发相应的生物学效应。近期研究表明,在急性胰腺炎患者中可检测到血清HGF水平增高,并与患者的预后相关;给予外源性HGF能减轻急性胰腺炎的炎症反应,并能促进腺泡细胞的凋亡,降低胰腺细胞中的氧自由基水平。
