摘要
根据质量守恒定律和颗粒层过滤过程中孔隙状况的变化,导出了固定床、新型固定床颗粒层内气流含尘质量浓度、灰尘沉积密度的变化规律和颗粒层除尘效率公式.导出公式表明:固定床颗粒层除尘效率与时间有关,过滤过程是一个非稳态的过程;新型固定床颗粒层除尘器采用单元格结构和组合流化床清灰的方式,实现了连续过滤,除尘效率与清灰周期有关,过滤过程是一个准稳态过程.
Formulas of dust concentration in airflows, variation of dust deposit density and dust removal efficiency of fixed bed and particle layer in a new fixed bed were deduced according to the mass conservation law and variation of pore space in particle layer during filtering process. The formulas prove that the filtering process in the particle layer of fixed bed is unsteady. Cell structure and combined fluidized bed dust cleaning were adopted in a duster with new fixed bed particle layers. Continuous filtering is realized and the filtering process is transformed to be quasi-steady.
