摘要
本文研究了螺旋藻的富铬(Ⅲ)规律及铬在螺旋藻中的存在形态。研究结果表明,螺旋藻对铬(Ⅲ)具有较强烈的吸附和富集作用,藻体中有机铬(Ⅲ)含量较高,在螺旋藻细胞富铬(Ⅲ)过程中,90%以上的无机铬(Ⅲ)化合物转化成有机铬。有机铬(Ⅲ)主要以结合态的方式存在,而且主要与蛋白质结合。活体螺旋藻富集铬(Ⅲ)的效率较死体(螺旋藻粉)低,但更适合富铬(Ⅲ)螺旋藻规模养殖及产业化生产控制。
In this paper, the Bioaccumulation and Speciation analysis on Chromium in Spirulina platensis were studied in detail. It was proved that Cr(Ⅲ) can be strongly accumulated by Spirulina platensis cultured in the modified Zarrouk medium, During the bioaccumulated process of Cr(Ⅲ) by Spirulina platensis, more than 90% are turned into organic Cr(Ⅲ); it mainly combines Cr (Ⅲ) with the protein, The study also showed that the living spirulina platensis could accumulate less Cr(Ⅲ) than the dead. But it is advantageous to the control of industrial production.
