摘要
为了寻找新的更为优秀的杀菌剂品种,选用取代含氮杂环取代嘧啶与烷氧羰基异硫氰酸酯反应,合成了21个硫脲衍生物4-取代嘧啶基硫代脲酸酯类化合物,其中19个化合物为新化合物。结构组成经元素分析、IR及1H NMR确认,并测定了其中5种植物病菌的室内毒力作用,结果表明:大部分化合物具有良好的抑菌和杀菌活性。这些参数为新的硫脲类化合物的合成和筛选提供了依据。
Twenty-one thiourea derivatives were synthesized by reaction of heterocycle compounds containing biological substituted pyrimidinamine with alkoxycarbonyl isothiocyanates. Nineteen of them were new compounds and reported first time. Their structures were confirmed by IR, ^1H NMR and elemental analysis. The biological activity tests show that most of them exhibit excellent biological activities. The relationship between the structures and the fungicidal activities of the compounds was also discussed. These parameters will provide a scientific data for screening and synthesis new thiourea compounds.
