摘要 本文通过问卷调查采集我国沪深两市56家生产制造型企业的人力资源管理实践和企业绩效数据,利用相关分析与单因素方差分析,揭示出人力资源管理实践与企业绩效之间存在的积极关联。 In this study, human resource management practices data and performance data of 56 manufacturing listed companies was collected from a questionnaire survey. By correlation analysis and One-Way ANOVA analysis, We found out that there is positive relationship between humane resource management practice and enterprise performance.
