唐山市区学龄前儿童乳牙患龋影响因素研究

Study on Risk Factors to Primary Caries Among Preschool Children in Tangshan

目的了解唐山市区2～6岁儿童乳牙龋病的影响因素，为制定社区干预措施和开展儿童龋病防治工作提供依据。方法采用分层整群抽样方法选取唐山市区2～6岁儿童598名，对其家长进行问卷调查。结果多因素条件Logistic回归分析，筛选出5个与儿童乳牙患龋率有关的因素，其中家长不能督促孩子刷牙、母亲妊娠期患病、孩子非足月出生、喜吃肉类食物及喝牛奶加糖等能增加乳牙患龋的危险性，其OR值分别为4．716，7．657，6．575，5．117，6．544。结论影响学龄前儿童乳牙患龋的主要因素有儿童的饮食及生活习惯、儿童出生时的状况及儿童家长对口腔保健的态度。

Objective To study the influencing factors to primary caries among children aged 2 - 6 years in Tangshan, and to provide bases for intervention measures against children＇s caries. Methods A random sample of 598 children aged 2 - 6 were chosen by stratified cluster sampling method, then a questionnaire survey was conducted among their parents. Results Multivariate logistic regression model analysis revealed that parents＇ failing to force their children brushing teeth, mothers＇ illness during pregnancy, mothers＇ non-enough time＇s gestation, prefer to eating meat and putting sugar into milk could increase the risk of primary caries. The OR value for each risk factor was 4.716, 7.657, 6.575, 5.117 and 6.544 respectively. Conclusion The main risk factors to primary caries are the children＇ life habits, birth status and parents＇ attitudes to the oral health.
