贯流混流式水轮机的研制及应用

摘要 贯流式和混流式是两种不同类型的水轮机,而贯流混流式水轮机则是一种综合了上述两种水轮机的优点,避免了它们的缺点的新型水轮机.这一机型已在国内10几座电站经长期运行考验,1994年又在东方电机厂水轮机试验台上进行了真机效率测定.由于它无涡壳,结构简单紧凑,过流量大,水头应用范围很宽,效率高,汽蚀性能优越,1995年9月该新型机通过了水利部农电司和科技司主持的鉴定,鉴定认为有广阔的推广应用前景. As all know, throughflow type and mixed flow type are two different kinds of turbines. And the new kind of turbine has the advantages of the old ones and overcomes their shortcomings. It has been undergoing a long and good experiences of circulation in more than 10 hy draulic power station in China. In addition, the prototype test in efficiency was completed by Dong Fang Electrical Machinery Works in 1994. With such advantages as not having spiral case,simple tight structure, large unit flow, widely used head , high efficiency, good cavitation perfor mance and so on, the affraisal of the Through-Mixed Flow Turbine was affroved by the Ministry of Irrigation in September 1995. It is regarded as having bright future in popularization and afflication.
