摘要
鉴于摆锤冲击试验结果分散性大,用多试样求平均值的方法有时仍不能正确地反映材料真实的抗冲击性能。为了得到更加可靠的结果,借助数理统计方法,对某低合金钢TL和LT两种取向试样的冲击功Ak值进行了分析。结果表明,TL和LT两种取向试样的Ak值基本均呈正态分布,而它们对应可靠度为0.9时的安全冲击功分别为62.7J和72.6J。
The impact test results, even though average values, usually wouldn't reflect the true impact resistance of the test steels correctly due to the large scatter. The impact energy Ak values of TL and LT orientation specimens of low alloy steel have been analyzed with statistical method for more reliable assessment. It's shown that Ak values of TL and LT orientation specimens both follow the normal distribution, and their safe impact energies refer to reliability as 0. 9 are 62. 7J and 72. 6J, respectively.
