16F气囊尿管插入深度和注水量的实验研究 被引量:86

摘要 目的探讨16F气囊尿管插入合适长度和注水量。方法观察注入5、10、15、20、25、30ml 0.9%NS后气囊形状,测量不同注水量后气囊尿管各段长度、直径。结果注水小于10ml与大于15ml相比,气囊形状有明显差异,P〈0.001;15-30ml时气囊形状无明显差异,P〉0.05。随注水量增加,气囊长度、直径增加。结论用16F气囊尿管导尿,见尿后插入7~8cm,气囊内注入15ml液体能减少或避免尿道、膀胱损伤及尿液渗漏、尿管脱出的发生。 Objective To investigate the optimal insertion depth and injection volume in urethral catheterization with 16F balloon urinary catheters. Methods Fifty 16F balloon urinary catheter were divided evenly into 5 groups; 5, 10,15,20,30ml 0. 9 % NS were injected respectively into balloons. Then, the balloon shape was observed, the catheter length from top-lateral hole to balloon centre and the balloon diameter were measured. All the data was analyzed statistically. ResUlts Different injection volume result in different balloon shape (When injection volume is lower than 15ml, the shapes have significantly difference (P〈0. 001). but if injection volume is higher than 15ml, the shapes have no difference (P〉0.05.). Following the increase of injecting volume, the catheter lengths from top-lateral hole to balloon centre and the balloon diameters added. Conclusions In urethral catheterization with 16F balloon urinary catheter, when the urine outflow from catheter was seen, for decreasing or avoiding the injury of urethra and bladder. Its strongly recommend to insert 7-8 cm, and the optimal injection volume for balloon is 15ml.
