气囊结肠灌注导管研制与临床应用效果的观察

Study on the design of balloon colon perfusion catheter and effectiveness observation for it's clinical application

目的为提高结肠灌注护理质量,预防或减少结肠灌注导管滑脱、粪便外渗污染及因结肠灌注导管质硬而损伤肠黏膜导致肠并发症。方法对200例需做结肠灌注患者,随机分为两组,采用硅胶材料加气囊研制结肠灌注导管作结肠灌注为观察组。用传统结肠灌注导管作结肠灌注为对照组,每组100例。观察两组导管滑脱率、粪便外渗污染率及肠黏膜损伤出血并发症发生情况。结果两组护理效果差异有极显著意义(P<0.01),以观察组优于对照组。结论气囊结肠灌注导管质地柔韧,与肛门括约肌组织衔接紧密,对提高结肠灌注护理质量有作用。

Objective To improve the nursing quality of colon perfusion, prevent and reduce the slipping of colon perfusion catheter, feces leaking population and complication due to intestinal mucosa wound caused by colon perfusion catheter. Methods 200 patients needed colon perfusion were randomly divided into two groups; observation group （100 cases ） adapted designed silica gel balloon colon perfusion catheter. Control group （100 cases） used traditional colon perfusion catheter, rate of catheter slipping, rate of feces leaking pollution and complication due to intestinal mucosa wound were observed and compared between the two groups. Results There is significant difference in observed indicators between the two groups （P〈0. 01）. The observed indicator in observation group is better than that of control group. Conclusions The balloon colon perfusion catheter is soft in texture and tightly engaged with sphincter ani, and is helpful in improving the nursing quality of colon perfusion.
