基于企业战略的业务流程重组(BPR)

本文论述了BPR与企业战略的关系,分析了我国企业在实施BPR项目过程中与企业战略脱节的状况与存在的问题,提出了实现两者有效结合的方法,以期实现BPR项目的成功与企业战略的顺利推进。

This paper expounds the relationship between BPR and enterprise strategy, analyzes present conditions and the existing problems in our country business BPR implementation which is disjointed with enterprise strategy, and puts forward some efficient methods that integrate them, so as to achieve success of BPR project and the smooth advancement of enterprise strategy.
