摘要
AOD炉在生产中,由于耐火材料的减薄和炉口钢渣堆积,造成炉体质心上移。在检测钢水时,当倾翻力矩大于电机起动力矩,可能会引发炉体倾翻,造成事故;当AOD炉突然失电时,必须使炉体倾动,及时将钢水泻出,否则会造成冻钢事故。本文对上述两种情况提出了改进意见。
In routine production, the centre of mass of AOD furnace moves upwards due to the thinning of the refractory lining and the piling of steel - making slag on the rim of the top of AOD furnace. Modifications have been made on the tilting device to avoid two possible failures. One is the unexpected tilting of AOD furnace during sampling in case the overturning torque is greater than the starting - up torque of the electric motor. The other is that in case of power failure, the liquid steel must be discharged by tilting the furnace timely to avoid freezing.
