大尺寸高屏蔽度超低频屏蔽装置的设计与制造

摘要 本文对一种工作在超低频(DC-300Hz)范围的大尺寸屏蔽装置所用屏蔽材料的选择,屏蔽系数计算的相关问题进行了探讨,概述了屏蔽装置结构设计,制造过程的重点注意事项,据此研制成功一种屏蔽度达75-90dB的超低频屏蔽装置。 This paper discussed several issues related with selecting materials and computing the shielding factor for designing and manufacturing a large size shielding device which works on ultra - low frequencies ( 0 - 300Hz), It described the key points in the structural design of the shielding device and in the manufacturing process. Based on these, a large size ultra - low frequency shielding device with the degree of shielding of about 75 - 90 dB was developed successfully.
