早期的研究表明沸石催化剂能有效地促进烷基化反应,自中孔ZSM-5沸石分子筛问世以来,不少文献报导了用改性的ZSM-5分子筛做健化剂可使反应产物中对二甲苯选择性大大提高。而未改性的HZSM-5催化剂则一般不具有对位选择性。 SAPO-11分子筛是联合碳化物公司于1984年推出的一种新型的磷酸铝分子筛,它的催化性能和物化性质引起人们的普遍关注。
The effect of reaction conditions, such as reaction temperature, molar ratio of toluene to methanol and reaction lime, on catalytic properties for toluene alkylation with mcthanol of medium pore SAPO-11 and HZSM-5 samples was discussed in detail, and compared with the large pore SAPO-5 sample. The experimental results show that SAPO-11 has favourable selectivity for alkylation and less by-products are obtained. 55% of para-isomer cf xylcne was obtained over SAPO-11, while only thermodynamic equilibrium values were leached over HZSM-5 and SAPO-5.
