摘要
进入21世纪以来,印度政府颁布了一系列吸引外资的新政策,并由此可能引发明显的经济增长效应、贸易创造效应、就业创造效应和产业调整效应。与此同时,印度“外资新政”不但使印度成为中国吸引外资的一个强劲竞争对手,也为中国企业提供了新的对外投资机会和区位选择。
Indian government has issued a series of new policies to attract FDI since the beginning of the new millennium, which has brought about substantial effects in India＇s economic growth,trade and job creations and industry adjustment.Meanwhile,Indian＇s new policies for FDI have not only heated the FDI-attracting competition between India and China,but also have provided new investment opportunities for the Chinese enterprises that have started to invest overseas.
