摘要
本文针对柘溪水电站,将转轮(HL220-LJ-410)近下环穿过典型汽蚀区的圆柱近似流面展开为直列叶栅进行水洞叶栅实验研究,并采用面元法进行叶栅流场理论计算后优选了近下环的叶栅翼型,从而改善HL220转轮近下环区域的能量和汽蚀特性.并列出了3组叶栅的实验和理论计算结果.
This paper studies the remedial measures for Francis runner (HL220-LJ-410 )installed in Zhexi Water Power Station. The measure is to develop an approximately cylinderical stream surface crossing-through typical cavitation area to form straight lined cascade. The energy property and cavitation characteristic of the cascade are studied in water tunnel and 2-d boundary element method based calculation. The cascade of best properties is optimized consequently. The energy and cavitation properties of the HL220 turbine are improved. The detailed experiment and calculation results of three sets of cascades are presented in this paper.
