摘要
以水力损失为目标函数,以断面面积为寻优变量,建立了泵蜗壳第8断面和所有断面优化的数学模型,并对一混流泵蜗壳进行了优化设计,实例计算结果表明,对泵蜗壳进行优化设计可使其水力损失大为减小.
By taking the hydratilic losses as the objective function and the sectional areas as the optimum variables, the mathematical models are established for the hydraulc optimizations of both the No.8 section and all sections of a pump volute. The voiute of a mixed-flow pump is optimized based on the model. The calculation results nave shown that the hydraulic losses of a pump volute can be greatly reduced.
