摘要
按照低噪声、高增益、低功耗、小体积激光装定引信信息接收电路的要求,研究了激光装定引信信息接收电路并重点设计了前置放大器。给出了低噪声信息接收电路的总体方案和PIN光电二极管的电路模型,详细分析了前置放大器的噪声与幅频特性,最后根据分析与设计结果进行了实验验证。实验结果表明该设计有效可行,满足激光装定引信信息接收电路要求。
According to need of the laser set fuze with low noise, high gain, low power dissipation and small volume, information receiving circuits of the laser set fuze was analyzed and a preamplifier circuit was designed. This paper introduces the general scheme of the low noise information receiving circuits and the circuit model of PIN photodiode, analyzes noise and amplitude-frequency characteristics of the preamplifier circuit and at last carries through some experiments according the design. Experimental results show the design's validity and feasibility and prove it can meet the demands of fuze laser information receiving circuits.
