异丙酚加缩宫素联合应用于无痛人流术中的临床观察

Clinical treatment with combination of propofol and oxytocin in painless abortion surgery

目的探讨异丙酚加缩宫素联合用药对减少无痛人流术中出血量和预防宫颈、宫腔粘连的有效性。方法对自愿实行无痛人流者随机分成两组:异丙酚加缩宫素联合用药组200例和异丙酚单纯用药组200例进行对比研究。结果术中出血量联合用药组比单纯用药组少(P<0.01);宫颈及宫腔粘连发生率联合用药组比单纯用药组少(P<0.01)。结论异丙酚加缩宫素联合用药可明显减少无痛人流术中阴道出血量及有效预防术后宫颈及宫腔粘连发生。

[Objective] To explore the treatment with propofol combined with oxytocin to reduce the bleeding amount and prevent the adhesion of uterus and cavity. [Methods] The patients treated with paincess abortion surgery voluntarily were divided into two group in random; Group A, 200 patients with combination of propofol and oxytocin; Group B also 200 patients but with propofol simply as the control. [Results] The bleeding amount and the tates of adhesion of uterus neck and cavity in Group A were less than those in Group B. There was statistical difference （P 〈0.01） between the two groups. [Conclusion] The treatment with propofol combined with oxytocin has the advantages lying in the following aspeets; reducing the bleeding amount obviously operation and preventing the adhesion of uterus beck and lavity effectively after operation.
