摘要
目的研究乳腺癌和乳腺小叶增生组织中SKP2和P27蛋白的表达及其临床病理意义。方法45例乳腺癌和15例乳腺小叶增生组织手术切除标本常规制作石蜡包埋切片,SKP2和P27蛋白染色方法均为SP免疫组化法。结果乳腺癌SKP2阳性率明显高于乳腺小叶增生,差异有显著性,但P27则相反;组织学分级Ⅰ级及淋巴结未转移乳腺癌SKP2阳性率明显低于组织学分级Ⅲ级和淋巴结转移病例,但P27则相反(80.0%vs35.0%,P<0.05;76.5%vs40.0%,P<0.05);SKP2和P27蛋白在乳腺癌中表达呈密切负相关(χ2=11.75,P<0.01)。结论SKP2和P27蛋白表达是反映乳腺癌发生、发展及预后的重要生物学标记物,两者在乳腺癌中表达存在相互调控作用。
[Objective] To detect the expression of S-phase kinase associated protein 2 (SKF2) and P27 protein in benign and malignant lesions of human breast tissues, and to investigate the chnicopathological significances and their correlations in breast cancer tissues. [Methods] SP immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of SKR2 and P27 in the routinely paraffin-embedded sections of specimens from patients with breast cancer (n=45) and lobuli hyperplasia (n=15). [Results] The positive rate of SKP2 was significantly higher in breast cancer than that in lobuli hyperplasia, but P27 was opposite. The positive rate of SKP2 was significantly lower in the cases of histologic grade Ⅰ and without-metastasis of lymphnode than that in the ones of histologic grade Ⅲ and withmetastasis of lymphnode. Inverse correlation was found between the expression of SKP2 and P27 in breast cancer tissues (x^2=11.75, P 〈0.01). [Conclusion] SKP2 and P27 are important biological markers for reflecting the carcinogenesis, progression and prognosis of breast cancer. There may be a co-regulatory relationship between SKP2 and P27 expression.
