摘要
采用AspenPlus模拟软件对DME生产流程进行了模拟,并对甲醇回收精馏塔的操作条件进行了优化。结果发现,当塔顶压力为1.3bar,塔底压力为1.6bar时,优化计算得到最佳理论板数为25,最佳回流比为1.22,最佳进料塔板为17。在最佳条件下操作,甲醇回收率为99.95%,甲醇纯度为99%以上,达到了优化目标。通过优化,减少了理论板数,可减少设备投资;降低了塔的回流比,可降低操作费用。
The process of Dimethylether(DME) was simulated with Aspen Plus. The optimal regulating conditions of DME separator were obtained as theoretical plate numbers of 20, refluence ratio of 0. 521 and inputting plate of 8 when the top pressure and bottom pressure of the column were designed at 8.3bar and 8.5bar respectively. The recovery ratio and purity of DME under optimal conditions are 99.8% and 99.95% respectively which reach the object of optimization.
