摘要
目的探讨食管癌患者机体γδT细胞水平及与临床的关系,为γδT细胞在食管癌综合治疗中的应用提供依据。方法采用流式细胞术测定食管癌患者外周血中和癌组织中γδT细胞水平,分析其与临床的关系。结果癌组织中浸润γδT细胞水平显著高于癌旁组织(P=0.045);食管癌患者外周血中γδT细胞水平显著低于正常人(P=0.047);食管癌术后患者外周血中γδT细胞水平显著高于术前患者(P=0.037)。食管癌T分期、N分期、M分期、大体分型、病变部位、病变长度(3 ̄5cm组和5cm组)、组织学分级各组与正常组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。食管癌患者外周血中总T细胞,各组与正常组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);外周血中γδT细胞年龄、性别、病变长度(<3cm),各组与正常组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论γδT细胞在机体抗食管癌中发挥重要作用,手术切除肿瘤后可使患者γδT细胞恢复正常水平。
Objective To study the expression of γδT cells of patients with esophageal squamous carcinoma and its clinical significane. In order to provide a sound basis for the application of synthetic treatment to esophageal carcinoma and analyse its clinical significance. Methods The γδT cells in the tumor tissue and peripheral blood from patients with esophageal squamous carcinoma were determined using flow cytometry. Results The expression of γδT cells in the tumor tissue were higher than those in the paraneoplastic tissue (P = 0.045). The γδT cells in peripheral blood of patients with esophageal carcinoma was less than that of healthy control (P = 0.047). The γδT cells in peripheral blood of patients with esophageal carcinoma before surgery was less than that of after surgery (P = 0.037). There was significant difference in expression of γδT cells in the peripheral blood between the all test groups and healthy control group (P 〈 0.05). The expression of γδT cells in the peripheral blood were associated with age, gender, TNM stages, general types, pathological changes position, pathological changes length(3 - 5 cm and 5 cm), histology grades (P 〈 0.05). There was no significant difference in the expression of T cells in the peripheral blood in all groups (P 〉 0.05). The expression of γδT cells in the peripheral blood were not associated with age, gender, pathological changes length(〈 3 cm). Conclusion The research displayed the γδT cells play an important role in antitumor immune reaction. It becomes one of the biological therapy method for esophageal carcinoma that drug induce the γδT cell activation in internal or proliferation and external amplify the γδT cell transfusion.
