摘要
在分析流化床燃煤固硫灰渣特性以及活性来源的基础上,提出了改进的熟料胶砂28 d抗压强度比方法来评定固硫灰渣活性.为了验证改进方法的有效性,通过外加石膏和采用不同来源的11种灰渣,试验研究了SO3含量对体积安定性和胶砂强度测试结果的影响,结果显示,含有固硫灰渣的胶凝材料中SO3含量超过3.5%时,会出现安定性不良,胶砂强度测试值随着SO3含量的增加而降低.改进方法以硅酸盐水泥熟料代替硅酸盐水泥,固定胶凝材料中SO3含量为3.5%,更能真实地反映固硫灰渣的活性.
To determine accurately the activity of circulating fluidized bed combustion (CFBC) coal ashes and slag with desulphurization, an improved test method was proposed. For the improved method, clinker was substituted for the cement in cementitious materials and SO3 content in cementitious material was limited to 3.5% in weight. To prove the improved method, experimental study on the effect of SO3 content on test result of the compressive strength was carried out. The content of SO3 in cementitious material were regulated by means of adding different dosage of gypsum or using different ash/slag. Experimental results show that when the content of SO3 in cementitious material exceeds 3. 5% in weight, there occurs poor soundness, and the strength decreases with the increase of SO3 content. In contrast with the original method, the improved method can give real values of CFBC ash/slag activity for 11 kinds of CFBC ash/slag used.
