摘要
设计了基于ADμC812和TMS320F206的双CPU结构的多传感器融合与控制系统,介绍了该系统的体系机构、硬件配置、接口电路、工作原理和工作流程,实现了传感器信息融合的高速高精度采集、复杂算法的大数据量实时计算以及模拟与开关量并有的多控制通道等功能.系统硬件结构简单.该系统作为采煤机泵、马达综合试验台的子系统,用于泵、马达性能试验.应用表明,该系统具有很好的可靠性和实时性.
A multi-sensor fusion and control system was designed, with a dual-CPU structure based on ADμC812 and TMS320F206. The architecture, configuration, interface circuits, working principles and workflow of this system were introduced. This system is the subsystem of the testing platform for pump & motor of shearer, and can implement those duties such as multi-sensor data fusion, high-speed and high-accuracy data acquisition, real-time computation with complex algorithms for mass data and multi channel control of analogy signal and switching signal paralleled, etc. The hardware structure in the system is simple. The results show that it has characteristics of dependability and real-time by its application in the experiments of pump & motor Performance testing.
