摘要
BOEING777客机主轮毂承受了飞机的全部的重量,且在起动及降落时,不时进行制动。主轮毂上起辅助制动的9个孔,经过长时间的使用(主要受挤压作用),将会发生轻微变形,由于轮毂尺寸精度要求很高,轻微的变形也可能超出公差的范围,所以这些主轮毂必须定期检修。本文针对九孔超差问题,论述了一种比较有效的加工工艺修复方法。
The main wheel of BOEING777 airliner supports whole airplane weight,and when the plane starts and descents,it will brake now and then.The nine holes of main wheel make assistant function for brake.After the holes have been used for long time,mostly standing extrusion action,tiny distortion will occur.Because the wheel dimension precision is very high and the tiny distortion will maybe let the dimension overstep the tolerance.So the main wheel must be checked at one time.Underside,it main aims at the problem about the nine holes dimension over tolerance,then illustrates an effective technique for solving the problem.
