摘要 介绍了一种机车车辆用电缆线线体加工自动控制的控制系统设计方法。该系统应用VB6.0为开发工具,采用工控机为主控单元,通过工控机与AT89C2051单片机系统通信的方式实现机车下线机动作循环自动控制。设计制作继电器扩充控制板使机车下线机的动作循环控制兼具机动、软手动和手动控制三种实现方式。经实际使用证明,该控制系统具有可靠性高、速度快、性能好、使用方便等优点。 A design of auto-control system used in truncating locomotive cable machine is introduced.Using VB6.0 as development tool,industry computer as main control unit,ACL-7225 as data sampling cards,AT89C2051 single chip computer system and relay control board,the auto-control system are studied and developed.By the means of the communication between industry computer and AT89C2051 single chip computer,the auto-control system realizes the circle movements in the truncating locomotive cable.With the extra relay control board,the system supports three operation modes.It has been testified that the system has higher reliability,increased speed and better property.
