摘要
主要采用色谱-质谱联机(GC-MS)成分分析法对生物质焦油及其馏分试样进行成分分析。结果表明,生物质焦油及其馏分中含有多种可利用的化工原料,并且和柴油的主要成分相似,表明其在能源和化工利用方面存在可能性。
With gas chromatographic and mass spectrum (GC-MS) analysis technology, the chemical composition of biomass tar and its distillations were analyzed. Themain component of biomass tar is phenol and aromatic hydrocarbon, which will have the important instruction significance to apphcation of biomass tar in the chemical propellant and the chemical industry raw material. The upper ones of distillations below 150℃ and distillation ranging from 150℃ to 210℃ contain many kinds of useful organic compounds. The nature of the distillations approaches that of the diesel oil and the distillations can be used as the substitutes for petroleum. The lower ones of distillations below 150℃ mainly contain many kinds of organic compounds such as carboxyhc acid and phenol and so on, so the distillations have the higher comprehensive utilization potential. The distillation avove 210℃ mainly contains some straight chain alkane and their derivatives. The distillation has low oxygen content and good combustion characteristics, but its high viscosity limits its fuel use to combustion applications having low viscosity request. The surplus biomass charcoal ofter distillation has high carbon content and low ash content and it can be used as sohd fuel. The results showed that biomass tar and its distillations contained many kinds of useful chemical Industry raw material and its components were similar to the components of diesel oil, which could prove the use of biomass in the energy and chemical Industry aspects.
