248例弱视治疗疗效观察及治疗指导在弱视治疗中的作用

Clinical effects and treatment comprehension on 248 cases of amblyope treated with amblyopiatrics.

目的对不同的弱视类型弱视患者给予一种或数种弱视治疗后,分析临床疗效及确定治疗指导在弱视治疗中的作用。方法回顾分析248例弱视治疗的患儿进行一种或数种弱视治疗,在治疗过程中,进行弱视知识的教育,并做好跟踪记录。结果230例视力有不同程度的提高,有效率为94%,18例视力无改变,无效率为6%。其中130例治愈,治愈率为52%。结论弱视治疗的疗效与年龄、弱视的种类、程度、治疗方法及配合治疗程度有密切的关系。认为弱视治疗疗效与巩固以及坚持治疗和定期复查是分不开的。

To observe 248 cases of amblyope were treated with amblyopiatrics and treatment comprehension. In the course of amblyopiatrics, the amblyopes and their parents were given instruction about amblyopia, and we take deferent treatment for special amblyope who were taken notes. We find that amblyopiatrics curative effect were mutually redated with amblyope＇ s age, the kinds of amblyopia, the methods of amblyopiatrics and patient cooperation. In my study, 230 cases of 248 cases of amblyopia （94%） have prominently improved visual acuity, only 18 cases of amblyopia （6%） have not improved remarkably. From my study, We think that the curative effect of amblyopia were interrelated with unremitting treatment and regular seeing doctor.
