摘要
针对注塑模抽芯机构设计的特点与要求,应用基于功能-行为-结构的概念设计方法,通过分析注塑模机构概念设计的一般过程,建立了基于FBS的注塑模抽芯机构分层映射模型和求解模型,实现了抽芯机构概念设计的智能化。
According to the design request of plastic injection mould core_pulling mechanisms, applying the concept design method based on the mapping of function, behavior and structure, and analyzing the general design process of plastic injection mould mechanisms, this paper explores the layered mapping model and the way to the final schemes based on FBS. As a result, the concept design of core_pulling mechanism becomes more intelligent.
