中职英语教学改革尤其是学分制改革十分困难。在这种情况下，进行中职英语教学改革就要进行思想教育，使学生明确学习目的；加强师资队伍建设；加强对学分制改革的宣传，让学生了解实行学分制的目的和意义；合理安排课程并与弹性学制有机结合；运用灵活多样的英语课堂教学策略。

The English teaching reform of secondary vocational school is difficult, especially in the aspect of credit system reform. In this circumstance, one should do ideological education in order to make students be clear about learning purposes, improve the construction of teaching staff, intensify the propaganda of credit system reform to make students understand the purpose and meaning of credit system, make organic combination with flexible learning system and apply flexible teaching strategy in English lessons in the English teaching reform of secondary vocational education.
