Exploration and Practice of Group Psychological Assistance of Undergraduates

团体心理辅导可以提高辅导的效率，提高辅导的感染力，其中角色体验可以帮助学生掌握心理调控技能和完善心理素质，有助于人际交往能力的提高。本文以深圳职业技术学院外语学院“人际关系”专题班级团体心理辅导过程为例，对团体心理辅导进行了说明。

Group psychological assistance can increase the efficiency and infection of psychological assistance, and roll the playing method can help students master mental adjusting skills, optimize mental quality, and contribute to enhancing communication abilities. Taking the process of group psychological assistance of ＂interpersonal relation＂ topic in college of foreign language in Shenzhen Politechnic as example, the author introduced the group psychological assistance.
