摘要
目的:研究非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)中甲胎蛋白受体(alphafetoproteinreceptor,AFPR)表达的临床意义。方法:用免疫组织化学方法分析57例NSCLC组织、癌旁正常肺组织AFPR表达情况。结果:①NSCLC患者肿瘤组织中AFPR阳性率为40.4%(23/57)较正常肺组织15.8%(9/57)明显增高(P<0.05)。②腺癌及腺鳞癌AFPR阳性率59.4%(19/32)显著高于非腺癌16%(4/25)(P<0.05),腺癌AFPR表达与p53呈负相关(P<0.05)。③在不同年龄、不同性别、不同分期、有无淋巴结转移的不同肺癌组织中,AFPR表达阳性率均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:NSCLC组织中AFPR表达明显高于癌旁正常肺组织,AFPR表达与肿瘤病理类型有一定关系。
Objective: To investigate the expression of alpha-fetoprotein receptor (AFPR) in human non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and its clinical meaning. Methods: Immunohistochemical technique was used to analyze the expressions of AFPR in 57 lung cancer tissues and 57 paracancerous normal lung tissues with anti-AFPR antibody. Results: (1) The positive rate of AFPR expression was 40.4% (23/57)in cancer tissues. It was much higher than that in paracancerous normal tissues(15.8%, 9/57, P 〈0.05). (2)The positive rates of AFPR expression was significantly related to histological classification(P〈0.05). The AFPR expression in adenocarcinoma and adeno-squamous carcinoma was much higher than that in non adenocarcinoma [59.4% (19/32) vs 16% (4/25), P〈0.05]. The AFPR expression in adenocarcinoma was negatively correlated with p53 (P〈0.05). (3)The expression of AFPR was not significantly associated with age, sex, p-TNM stage, and lymph node metastasis of patients with lung adenocarcinoma(P〉0.05). Conclusion: AFPR expression in NSCLC tissues is much higher than that in paracancerous normal lung tissue. Expression level of AFPR correlates well with histological classification of NSCLC.
