摘要
使用有限元方法对6根不同几何尺寸的直角突变式钢吊车梁进行应力应变分析,应用应力集中带宽和应力集中系数概念对其疲劳性能进行单参数分析,再考虑两者的综合效应,建立了裂纹扩展驱动能的新概念及其计算式,最后用该式估算直角突变式钢吊车梁的疲劳寿命。
This paper on the base of analysising the stress strain for the six dimenter right angle changed cection steel crane Beams with finite element method, uses concept of factor and bamdwidth of stress concentration to singly parameter analysis its fatigue property. Then considers the above two aspects comprehensive effect to establish new concept and its formula of crack extension driving energy. Finalty fatigue endurance of the right angle changed section steel crane beam is estimated and tested with the help of the formula.
