摘要
1990年代以来,随着住房制度改革逐渐深化,武汉市住宅小区空间复杂性日益突出,亟需进行空间规律性总结,以指导城市住房开发与管理规划。基于当前的统计资料结合实地调查、电话访查,运用GIS强大的空间分析功能,从实证与定量分析角度揭示出武汉市住宅小区在空间结构上表现出圈层+扇面结构空间拓展,聚合扩散同步进行,城市内部实现挖潜式集中化布局,边缘扩张式城郊化分布;在区位选择上临街傍水的区位分布特征明显,体现出追求交通便利、向往环境舒适的人居选择规律。
With the deepening of the housing system reform in China, the residential spatial structure has gradually assumed a complex shape along with its tremendous changes in Wuhan city. It is very crucial and necessary to show the city' s housing spatial structure in order to guide the city's housing development and administration. Based on current statistic data and spot checks, this paper ties to open up the spatial law of residential communities of Wuhan city, by means of GIS, from the quantitative and empirical points of view. As far as housing spatial structure is concerned, the three characteristics on the spatial development of residential communities are identified: ①the housing is stretching towards surrotmdings with ring and wedged structure; ②residential communities distribution in urban district is concentrating;③on the other hand, the amotmt distribution of residential communities in the suburbs are examined, mainly along main tragic lines. Meanwhile, based on the above analysis of the housing spatial structure, the characteristics on residential location selection of residential communities are also put forward: ④residential communities development and distribution are mainly concentrated along main traffic lines to obtain more convenient location; ⑤more over, a great many of residential communities have distributed arotmd some lakes and along Changjiang or Hanjiang fiver. So, it is thought much of gradually for the whole city' s residents to obtain the better accessibility and surrotmdings.
