HPLC法测定氨咖黄敏胶囊中对乙酰氨基酚、咖啡因的含量

Determination of paracetamol and caffeine in Paracetamol,Caffeine,Artificial Cow-bezoar and Chlorphenamine Maleate Capsules by HPLC

目的建立以HPLC法同时测定氨咖黄敏胶囊中对乙酰氨基酚、咖啡因的含量。方法色谱柱C18（250mm），流动相：甲醇-4．2％冰醋酸溶液（3：7），流速：1．0ml·min^-1，检测波长为275nm，进样量为20μl。结果对乙酰氨基酚，咖啡因的线性范围分别为25～200μg·ml^-1（r=0．9999）、2～12μg·ml^-1（r=0．9998），平均回收率分别为99.8％、100.1％。结论本方法简便、快速、准确、专属性高，可用于氨咖黄敏胶囊中对乙酰氨基酚、咖啡因的含量测定。

OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC method for determination of paracetamol,caffeine in Paracetamol,Caffeine,Artificial Cow-bezoar and Chlorphenamine Maleate Capsules. METHODS The chromatographic column was C18 （250mm）, mobile phase was methanol-4.2 % glacial acetic acid solution （3 ： 7） with flow rate 1.0ml · min^-1; the detect wavelength was 275nm,the sample size was 20μl. RESULTS The linear ranges of paracetamol, caffeine were 25-200μg · ml^-1 （ r =0. 9999）, 2- 12μg · ml^-1 （ r = 0. 9998）, respectively; The average recovery were 99.8%, 100.1% respectively. CONCLUSION This method was simple, fast, accurate and specific, which can be used for determination of Paracetamol,Caffeine, Artificial Cow-bezoar and Chlorphenamine Maleate Capsules.
