摘要
目的讨论抗生素微生物检定法的各种影响因素的实验过程中的控制方法。方法参阅各种文献,进行分析总结。结果及结论抗生素微生物效价检定法其影响因素很多,从业人员除具备微生物知识外仍需熟练应用琼脂扩散法、量反应平行线原理,才能熟练应用此方法。
OBJECTIVE Discuss the influential factors and control method of microbe standardization of antibiotic. METHODS Refered literature and then carried on the summary analysis. RESULTS and CONCLUSION There are very influence factors that affect the potency of standardization,so that the personnel should not only know more principal about agar diffusion method and graded response parallel lines, but apply those methods skillfully.
