用高效液相色谱法测定了银杏叶提取物中总黄酮的含量，使用ＹＷＧ－Ｃ１８色谱柱，流动相为甲醇－水－磷酸，检测波长３７０ｎｍ．平均回收率９９．６％，变异系数０．２４％．
he total flavonoid content in ginkgo biloba extract was determined by HPLC on a YWG-C18 column,using a mixture of methanol,water and phosphoric acid as mobile phase,with UV detection at 370nm. The resuits have shown that the recoveries were 99. 6% and CV was 0.24%'
