摘要 研究信息用户容忍区,对于图书馆开展读者服务工作有着理论和实践上的指导意义。信息用户容忍区是对所接受的服务质量的预期跨度,是信息用户主观心里感知的反应区间。服务质量三个维度的容忍区各不相同,容忍强度也不相同。这要求我们在图书馆服务过程中,首先应该明确各个维度容忍区的位置形状和强度。
