介绍用软锰矿在酸性介质中催化分解黄铜矿的新工艺，着重阐述各主要因素的影响情况，并提出最佳工艺条件。

A new technology of catalytic decomposing chalcopyrite with pyrolusite in acidic medium is introduced.The effect of main factors is elucidated emphatically and optimum process conditions are proposed.
