The motive characteristic of double-elbow clamping mechanism in injection moulding machine is analyzed.The working zone that injection moulding machine realizes slow-quick-slow ideal motive characteristic is sloved.The essential reason that shock vibration is caused in the clamping instant is found.Therefore,the design method of double elbow clamping mechanism and piston stroke is proposed,which is in favour of working steady and reliability of injection moulding machine.
